CyOUG Annual General Meeting 2004

On behalf of the Cyprus Oracle User Group (CYOUG) we are pleased to invite you to the 2004 Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Wednesday 30th June, 2004 between 33:30 and 6:00p.m. at MEMRB House (KEMA), 21 Academias Avenue, Aglandjia – Nicosia.

The accounts are attached for the years 2002 and 2003 that have not yet been approved. During the AGM, any discrepancies that may exist can be raised; otherwise there will be a vote to approve them.

17:30 - 18:00	Q&A Session
18:00	Cocktail

This year some of the existing board members have stated that will not reapply for their posts, the President, and Treasurer & Enhancements Coordinator. If you would like be considered as a candidate to become a CyOUG board member, please use the attached form to notify us. The form shows the positions of the board. No new resolutions are being put forward by the Board, however, if there are any such issues that you, as members of CyOUG, wish to raise, then the attached form can also be used for this purpose. Any proposals will be floored, and put to the vote.

Also attached, is a Proxy Voting Form, for use by voting members. If, for any reason you cannot attend the AGM, please ensure the proxy form is completed by you and nominate another member to vote for you. Members must have the proxy form with them during voting at the AGM.
